Developing as an academic teacher is a learning resource that is available freely for academic teachers at home and around the world. It is a tool you can use to help you reflect on and discuss academic teaching. Lund University has a long tradition of academic development. Our model emphasizes serious, informed, and meaningful conversations about teaching and learning that take a critically reflective approach to experiences and observations.
